In an official statement on Wednesday, IndiGo said that technical issues, winter-related schedule changes, bad weather, increased congestion in the aviation system, and flight duty time limitations have severely impacted its operations, forcing it to cancel several flights.
The airline stated that to prevent disruptions and restore stability, it has initiated minor changes to its schedule. These measures will remain in place for the next 48 hours and will allow it to normalize its operations and gradually regain punctuality across its network.
