Public transport will remain closed during the lockdown in Delhi. Neither taxis will run on roads, nor autos, nor rickshaws, nor e-rickshaws. Metro services will also be closed during this period.
Markets, shops, business establishments will remain closed

All markets, shops, business establishments, malls, gym godowns, weekly markets will remain closed. The borders of all the states adjoining Delhi will be sealed. Supply of essential commodities like milk, vegetables, food and drink will be allowed.

Bus service will remain closed. Private buses also will not run. Interstate buses will remain closed. However, 25 percent of the DTC buses will ply so that people providing essential facilities / services can come and go.

Factory, offices will be closed, workers will be considered on duty

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that every domestic and international flight to and from here will be closed during the lockdown in Delhi. However, the central government later clarified that there will be no restriction on domestic flights from Delhi airports. International flights are already suspended at airports across the country till 29 March.
