69th National Film Awards 2023: The winners of the country’s most prestigious film award, the National Film Awards, were announced on August 24, 2023, in which many veteran actors of the Hindi and South Indian film industry joined the list of winners.
Today (17th October) the winners are being awarded prizes. President Draupadi Murmu will felicitate all the winners by giving them certificates and medals at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi at 1.30 pm. Indian cinema’s biggest award Dadasaheb Phalke will be presented to veteran actress Waheeda Rehman.
All the artists started coming to Delhi from yesterday evening itself to attend the award ceremony. Allu Arjun, who won the Best Actor award, RRR director SS Rajamouli and music composer MM Keeravani reached Delhi on Monday evening. Alia Bhatt, who won the Best Actress award, reached Delhi on Tuesday morning with husband Ranbir Kapoor.
