Last year the employees were not able to claim for it due to the Kovid-19 lockdown. The Central Government has made the Children Education Allowance (CEA) claim self-certified. Central employees get an allowance of Rs 2,250 per child for the education of two children. HRA will also come in salary
The government has increased the HRA by 3 percent to 25 percent of the basic salary. While issuing the order, the central government said that the house rent allowance and DA should be increased on the basis of the basic salary of government employees. Explain that according to the rules, HRA has been increased because DA has exceeded 25 percent. For this reason, the central government has also decided to increase the HRA to 27 percent.
