7th Pay Commission: There Will Be An Increase In DA Of Central Employees, This Month Will Get Good News

New Delhi: 52 Lakh Central Employees And 60 Lakh Pensioners May Soon Get Another Gift. After A Long Wait, Where Dearness Allowance (DA) And Dearness Relief (DR) Of Central Employees Has Increased From 17 Per Cent To 28 Per Cent, As Well As House Rent Allowance (HRA) Has Also Increased From 24 Per Cent To 27 Per Cent. At The Same Time, Central Employees And Pensioners Can Get Another Good News. If The News Is To Be Believed, Then After Durga Puja And Before Diwali, The Dearness Allowance Of Central Employees And Pensioners May Increase Once Again.

AICPI Data In June 2021 Made It Clear That DA Will Be 31.18 Per Cent, But, The Calculation Of DA Is Done In Round Figure. In This Case, DA Will Be 31% Payable. However, No Official Announcement Has Been Made Regarding This And It Has Not Been Told When It Will Be Implemented. CM Secretary (Staff Side) Shiv Gopal Mishra Says That If The Government Announces This Soon, Then It Will Definitely Be A Big Relief For The Government Employees.

Basic Salary Of The Employee – Rs 18,000

New Dearness Allowance (31%) – Rs 17,639 Per Month

Dearness Allowance So Far (17 Percent) – Rs 9,673 Per Month

How Much Dearness Allowance Increased – Rs 7966 Per Month

Annual Salary Increase – 7966×12 = Rs 95,592

The Total Dearness Allowance Has Increased By 11 Per Cent As Compared To Last Year. The Government Has Reduced It To 28 Per Cent From July 2021. Now If It Increases By 3 Percent In June 2021, Then It Will Reach 31 Percent With Dearness Allowance (17+4+3+4+3). That Is, If The Basic Salary Of An Employee Is Rs 50,000, Then He Will Get DA Of Rs 15,500.

Let Us Tell You That After Increasing The Central Government (DA), The House Rent Allowance (HRA) Given To The Central Employees Has Also Been Increased. The Government Has Increased The HRA To 27 Percent. After The Dearness Allowance, Now The Increase In The House Rent Allowance (HRA) Has Become A Problem For The Central Employees. The HRA Has Been Increased By 1-3 Per Cent For Different Categories.

According To The Order Of The Ministry Of Finance, Now The Central Employees Have Started Getting 27 Percent, 18 Percent And 9 Percent House Rent Allowance According To Their City. The House Rent Allowance For The First Three Classes Was 24 Per Cent, 16 Per Cent And 8 Per Cent. The Minimum House Rent Allowance For All The Three Categories Will Be Rs 5400, 3600 And Rs 1800.

Let Us Tell You That The Minimum DA Hike Has Become Rs 5040 And The Minimum HRA Increase Is Rs 1800 Every Month. That Is, In The Form Of house rent allowance , The Salary Of Central Employees Has Increased By Rs 6840 (5040 + 1800).

Meanwhile, There Are Reports That The Matter Of Arrears Of DA Of Central Employees And Pensioners Has Reached Prime Minister Modi And It Is Expected That Soon He Can Take A Big Decision On It. It Is Being Told That If The Government Accepts Their Demands Regarding Arrears, Then They Will Get Huge Economic Benefits. According To Experts, The DA Arrears Of Level-1 Personnel Is Between Rs 11,880 And Rs 37,554. At The Same Time, Level-14 (Pay-Scale) Employees Will Get DA Ranging From Rs 1,44,200 To Rs 2,18,200.
