Northern and Northeast Railways have agreed on the timing given in the schedule. The train can be flagged off anytime after getting the final approval. According to the schedule, this train will depart from Dibrugarh at 9 pm and reach Gorakhpur on the third day at 7.15 am, then depart from here and reach Ayodhya Dham at 10.10 am.
New train for Ayodhya Dham and Kamakhya: Devotees going to Ayodhya Dham and Shakti Peeth Maa Kamakhya will soon get the gift of new trains from the railways. There are plans to run a new train from Dibrugarh to Gomtinagar via Kamakhya, Gorakhpur and Ayodhya Dham. On the instructions of the Railway Board, the Northeast Frontier Railway has sent the proposal. Along with sending the proposal, the schedule has also been prepared.
Northern and North Eastern Railways have given their consent on the timing given in the schedule. Now, after getting the final approval of the board, the train can be flagged off anytime after Holi. According to the schedule, this train will run once a week. Departing from Dibrugarh at 9 pm, it will reach Gorakhpur on the third day at 7.15 am, then departing from here and reaching Ayodhya Dham at 10.10 am. After a 10-minute halt here, the train will reach Gomtinagar at 1.15 pm. With the running of this train, while one more train will be added for Ayodhya Dham and Kamakhya Devi, currently only one train operates for Dibrugarh.
Plan to connect Ayodhya Dham with Shakti Peeth
This schedule has been prepared in the plan to connect Kamakhya Shakti Peeth with Ayodhya Dham. The board had asked the Northeast Frontier Railway to submit a proposal in the matter as soon as possible. As per the instructions of the board, the Northeast Frontier Railway prepared the proposal on February 21 and sent it for final approval.

The new train will start from Dibrugarh and will go to Gomtinagar via Kamakhya, Katihar, New Jalpaiguri, Barauni, Hajipur, Chhapra Gramin, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya. The train will take 40.30 hours to cover the distance between Dibrugarh and Gomtinagar. The average speed of this train will be 47 km per hour. A total of 22 coaches of general, sleeper, AC first, second and third class will be installed in it.
