Voter ID cards: Now voters will get Voter ID card in 15 days, Election Commission’s speed

Now, voters will receive their Voter ID cards within 15 days. Therefore, after February 6th, new voters who add their names or change their details will receive their Voter ID cards within 15 days.

New voters whose names are added or details are changed after February 6th will receive their voter ID cards within 15 days. Uttar Pradesh’s voter list includes 15.44 crore voters. BLOs are going door-to-door to get voters to fill out the counting forms. The final voter list will be released on February 6th.

The Election Commission has expedited the process of providing voter ID cards to voters. The process, from creation to delivery, has been expedited. The finished voter ID card will be delivered to the voter’s home via home delivery with the help of the postal department. SMS alerts will be sent to the voter’s registered mobile phone at each stage, allowing them to track their voter ID card in real time. They can easily see when they will receive it. In Uttar Pradesh, BLOs will go door-to-door to collect and submit voter enumeration forms until December 4th. The draft voter list will be published on December 9th. Voters will then be able to submit claims and objections from December 9th to January 8th. The final voter list will be published on February 7th. Enumeration forms are being distributed to the 15.44 crore voters whose names were on the voter list as of October 27th.
