Heavy Rain Alert: 3 cyclonic circulations activated simultaneously, now warning of torrential rain for 4 consecutive days

Heavy Rain Alert: Continuous heavy rainfall is expected. Dense fog warnings have also been issued in several states. The Western Disturbance and Cyclonic Circulation could cause changes in the weather across the country.

Heavy Rain Alert: The weather is about to change drastically in many states of India. A Western Disturbance and an increasingly active cyclonic circulation could cause severe devastation in the northern, northeastern, and southern parts of the country. A cyclonic circulation is present over northern Pakistan and surrounding areas.

Additionally, a cyclonic circulation is active in the lower tropospheric levels over northern Haryana and northeastern Assam. Rain accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds will continue in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Mahe, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema from December 1st to 4th. On December 1st, a warning has been issued for strong surface winds with speeds of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour, which could cause significant damage.

Cyclone Ditwah is creating a severe situation in South India. Heavy rainfall is expected in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema on December 1st and 2nd. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is on alert for north coastal Tamil Nadu and coastal Andhra Pradesh on December 1st. Fishermen currently at sea have been advised to return immediately as rough seas will prevail over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, northern Sri Lanka, and the Comorin region.

Cold wave conditions are likely to persist over northern Madhya Maharashtra on December 2 and 3, and over northern Rajasthan from December 4 to 6, 2025.
