Aadhaar Card: UIDAI has closed these two facilities for Aadhaar card, know what will be the effect on users

Now it will not be possible to update address in Aadhar card without address proof.

Actually, if you want to update the address in the Aadhar card, then without the address proof it will not work. The reason for this is that UIDAI has stopped the facility of updating the address through Address Validation Letter for the time being.

In response to a query from a user on Twitter, UIDAI said, “Dear Residents, Address Validation Letter facility has been discontinued till further notice.” Please enter your address update request through any other valid proof of address documents.

Till now this facility was there

UIDAI had till now given the facility that people who do not have any address proof in their name can update the address through Address Validation Letter. Aadhar card print off in old style

UIDAI has stopped the service of Aadhaar Card Reprint in the old style. Now instead of the old big cards, UIDAI issues plastic PVC cards. It is easy to keep such a card in the pocket. It is like a debit card. Aadhar card is required everywhere. In such a situation, now you can easily keep this new card in pocket and wallet.
