Air India Express launches new direct flights between these cities, know fares and timings

The launch of this direct flight service by Air India Express will offer travelers the benefits of time savings and affordable travel. The airline has also announced introductory fares.

Tata Group-owned domestic airline, Air India Express, announced on Thursday that it will launch a new daily direct flight service between Bengaluru and Bangkok. The new service will commence from September 18, according to a statement issued by the company, as reported by PTI. The airline stated that this new flight service has been introduced specifically to cater to the upcoming festive and holiday season, providing passengers from Bengaluru and surrounding areas with a direct and convenient travel option to Thailand.

Introductory fares start from ₹9,000

To celebrate the launch of this new route, Air India Express has offered special introductory fares. The one-way fare from Bengaluru to Bangkok is ₹9,000. Similarly, the one-way fare from Bangkok to Bengaluru is ₹8,850, while the round-trip fare starts from ₹16,800. Bookings are now open for passengers and are available on the airline’s official website, airindiaexpress.com, mobile app, and major online travel portals.

What are the flight timings?

The flight from Bengaluru to Bangkok will depart daily at 11:00 AM (IST) and arrive in Bangkok at 4:45 PM (IST). The return flight from Bangkok to Bengaluru will depart at 5:45 PM (IST) and arrive in Bengaluru at 8:30 PM (IST). This new direct connectivity offers a great opportunity for tourists, family travelers, business travelers, and those planning holidays during festivals to travel to Thailand. Air India Express’s service will provide passengers with the benefits of time-saving and affordable travel.

Dehradun-Bengaluru flight also launched

Earlier this week, on Monday, Air India Express launched its direct flight service between Dehradun and Bengaluru. The direct air service between Dehradun and Bengaluru by Air India Express has provided significant convenience to the youth, entrepreneurs, IT professionals, students, and tourists of Uttarakhand. It is worth noting that Air India Express became a member of IATA last month, becoming the fourth Indian airline to be part of the global airlines association. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) represents approximately 350 airlines, which handle about 80 percent of global air traffic.
