What is the new facility: Under the new facility of SBI, customers will not need to go to the branch for KYC (Know Your Customer) document. Now customers can get KYC done via email. This information has been given to all the branches of SBI. These rules are still in force till 31 May. This means that if you have not made a bank account KYC, then you may face problems. Let us tell you that KYC is asked by the bank. If you do not, then the account transaction can be stopped.

Pressure on other banks as well: After SBI, now customers of other banks also have hopes. It is believed that now the same can be done by other public sector banks in the country. In another tweet, SBI has written that if you want to transfer an emergency fund, you can use our digital banking products and services from home. For this, you have to resort to the Yono app.
