Keep these things in mind
As per the instructions, ensure that the photo is not blurry at all. Also, do not use a previously taken photo. Use a recent photo in which the face is clearly visible. By October 2025, more than 42 crore Ayushman cards have been issued in the country. Additionally, Ayushman Vaya Vandana cards are being issued for all senior citizens aged 70 years or above. To date, more than 89 lakh Ayushman Vaya Vandana cards have been issued in the country.

Outpatient Department (OPD) facility also available in Uttar Pradesh
In Uttar Pradesh, treatment using the Ayushman Card does not require hospitalization. You can also receive treatment in an OPD. Furthermore, you don’t need to wait in line for an appointment.
