When will the bank remain closed this week

According to the bank holiday list released by RBI-

  • On October 31, on the occasion of Diwali, banks in Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Itanagar, Kanpur, Jaipur, Kochi, Kohima, Lucknow, Kolkata, New Delhi, Panaji, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Thiruvananthapuram will remain closed.
  • On November 1, 2024, there is a bank holiday in Agartala, Belapur, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Gangtok, Imphal, Jammu, Mumbai, Nagpur, Shillong, Srinagar due to Diwali Amavasya.
  • On November 2, on the occasion of Diwali or Bali Pratipada, there is a holiday in the banks of Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Gangtok, Jaipur, Kanpur, Mumbai, Nagpur, Lucknow.
  • On November 3, banks across the country will remain closed due to Bhai Dooj and Sunday.
