Which services will remain closed?
Information given by HDFC Bank said that some services of the bank will be closed for 7 hours from 11 pm on 22 August 2025 to 6 am on 23 August 2025. During this time, the services of phone banking (IVR), email support, help on social media, WhatsApp chat banking and SMS banking will not work. However, the toll-free number will continue to work as usual to register complaints related to lost card or account.
Which facilities will be available?
During technical maintenance, some services can be used by the customers. In these services, you can talk to the phone banking agent service. Apart from this, HDFC Bank Net Banking, HDFC Bank Mobile Banking, PayZapp and MyCards facilities will be available.
