Taking a big decision, the government has changed the rules related to pension. Let’s know about it …
(1) Life certificate
According to the new rules issued by the government, now Aadhaar has been made voluntary to get a life certificate i.e. life certificate digitally .. Notification in this regard has been issued by the Ministry of Electronics and IT on 18 March. It states, “The authenticity of Aadhaar for life proof will be on voluntary basis.
(2) Instant messaging solution app
It has been told in the new notification that now the instant messaging solution app ‘Sandesh’ and Aadhaar authentication has been made voluntary for the attendance in government offices.
(3)Digital life certificate
Now what will happen- Digital Life Certificate was started for pensioners to give relief to the elderly. They had to travel long and appear before the pension disbursing agency to provide proof of their survival in order to get a pension.
(4) After this, people had to bring a life certificate from where they have been working and submit it to the pension disbursing agency. After getting the facility of issuing life certificates in a digital way, pensioners got rid of the imperative of appearing before the organization or agency themselves.
(5)Why this change happened
Why this change happened? Many pensioners have complained in this case that due to lack of Aadhaar card, they have to face difficulty in getting pension or their thumb impression is not matching. For this, some government organizations where alternative way was found out in 2018. At the same time, through the notification issued, Aadhaar has been made voluntary for issuing digital life certificate.
