Big News on Salman Khan: Fans of ‘Bhaijaan’ are asking for blessings, verdict in Black Deer hunting case at 3.30 pm

During the hearing on Tuesday, Salman’s lawyer pleaded with the court that the actor should be forgiven for the mistake he had given the affidavit on 8 August 2003. The court is going to give its verdict in this case on February 11.

Salman Khan once again seems to be in trouble in the black deer hunting case. Today this matter is going to be heard again in which the court can give its verdict. The court’s verdict can come about the wrong affidavit presented by Salman Khan.

Actually, in the hearing on Tuesday, Salman’s lawyer pleaded with the court that the actor should be forgiven for the mistake he had given the affidavit on 8 August 2003. The court is going to give its verdict in this case on February 11. The hearing will be held at 3.30 pm in which Salman Khan will be present virtually. In this case, there is a provision of punishment of 7 years under section 193 of IPC. In such a situation, now it has to be seen what the court gives a decision in this case.

Salman Khan was arrested in 1998 for hunting 2 blackbuck in the border of Kankani village near Jodhpur. At that time, the court had asked him to license weapons. On this, Salman Khan gave affidavit and said that the license has been lost. To confirm this, he also presented a copy of the FIR lodged at Bandra Police Station in Mumbai before the court.

License not lost, mislead the court

The court later came to know that Salman Khan’s license was not lost, rather Salman gave the license for renewal. Due to which the court reprimanded Salman. The public prosecutor had demanded from the court that a case of misleading the court should be run against Salman.

Salman’s lawyer Hastimal Saraswat argued to the court that Salman did not knowingly tell lies. Due to busyness, he forgot that his weapon license has not been lost. Citing another case, he said that if the accused Salman has not benefited from this false affidavit in any way, or will not take advantage of it in future, then he should be acquitted from this case.

On April 5, 2018, the trial court convicted Salman Khan for five years in the black deer hunting case. In this case, co-accused Saif Ali Khan, actress Neelam, Tabu and Sonali Bendre were acquitted, giving them the benefit of doubt. Salman Khan was arrested at that time and sent to Jodhpur Jail. After which the actor is now out on the bell.

At the same time, Salman Khan has also recently given his first statement on the worldwide farmer movement in Mumbai. Since this actor’s statement, he has become the subject of discussion all over the country. Salman Khan was asked by the media, “Due to the peasant movement in the country, there is an atmosphere of tension. Many big personalities of the country and abroad have given their feedback on this. What do you have to say on this? “Salman Khan listened to this question more intently than he tried to ignore it. Salman Khan said “I will give an answer on this subject very soon, but no one should be mistaken”.
