To apply for the H-1B visa lottery process, you must complete the electronic registration. You have to click on this link https://myaccount.uscis.gov/users/sign_up. When you click on this link, it will take you to the sign up page of USCIS. Here, you have to create an account as a ‘new registrant’. For this, you have to pay a registration fee of $ 10 which will be non-refundable.
Which details are necessary-
– Official name of sponsoring company.
– Sponsoring company address.
– Employer identification number of sponsoring company.
-The official name of the employee who obtained the H-1B visa is given in the passport.
– Employee’s Gender and its Date of Birth.
– Where that employee was born and his citizenship.
– Employee’s passport number.
– If the eligibility of the US Masters H1B quota is within the scope of the employee.
What after registration
After online registration, you will be informed whether you have been selected for the lottery or not. If you are elected, then you will have to give a formal and detailed H-1B application to USCIS, which will have to be completed within 90 days. At present, this process has been completed for this year and you will have to wait till March 9, 2022.
