There’s great news for millions of students taking the Bihar Board Intermediate exams. The Bihar School Examination Board has released the admit cards for the Intermediate Annual Theory Examination 2026.
Important news has arrived for millions of students appearing for the Bihar Board Intermediate examination. The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the admit cards for the 2026 Intermediate Annual Theory Examination. The board has clarified that these admit cards are final and will not be subject to any changes. Both students and schools have been advised to pay special attention to this.
According to information released by the board, the 2026 Intermediate Exam admit cards have been uploaded to the official website, intermediate.biharboardonline.com. However, students will not be able to download them themselves. This responsibility rests entirely with their school or college principal. School principals will log in to the website with their user ID and password to download the admit cards. They will then sign and hand them over to the students, affixing the school’s seal. The board has also stated that the admit cards can be downloaded until February 1, 2026.
The Bihar Board has taken this step to prevent any errors related to admit cards. The Board had already issued dummy admit cards to students. At that time, students were given ample opportunity to correct errors in their name, date of birth, subjects, and other information. Final admit cards have now been issued to students and schools that made the corrections in time.
No Changes to Admit Cards
The Board has categorically stated that no changes will be made to admit cards. No names, subjects, or other information will be amended. If any school or center superintendent attempts to make changes that violate the rules, strict action will be taken against them. Furthermore, the student’s result may also be withheld.
This time, the Board has issued strict instructions that only those students who have passed the setup exam will be allowed to appear for the main examination. Students who failed the setup exam, did not appear, or were absent will not be allowed to appear for the main Intermediate exam. The board has clearly instructed school and college principals not to issue admit cards to such students under any circumstances.
This will be considered negligence.
If a school ignores the rules and issues an admit card to a student who failed or was absent in the setup exam, it will be considered serious negligence. Both the school principal and the student will be held fully responsible. The board has also stated that action may be taken against the school in such cases.
The Bihar Board has also made special arrangements for students with disabilities. For students who have difficulty writing, a scribe (shruti lekhak), or scribe, has been provided. This will allow students with disabilities to take the exam without any stress. The board says that necessary guidelines regarding this facility have been sent to all centers.
Take help from this number
If any student needs any information related to the admit card or is facing any problem, they can directly contact the board’s helpline. The helpline number 0612-2230039 has been issued. Students can also submit their concerns via email. For this purpose, the Board has provided the email ID bsebinterhelpdesk@gmail.com.
The Board advises students to carefully review all information on their admit cards upon receiving them. They should carefully review the exam center name, roll number, subject, and exam date. Keep the admit card safe, as no student will be allowed to enter the exam center without one on exam day.
