Bihar Election Survey: Voting for the Bihar Assembly elections will be held in two phases, and the results will be announced on November 14th. This time, in addition to the NDA and the Grand Alliance, Prashant Kishore’s Jan Suraj Dal is also in the fray, making the Bihar elections interesting. Just before the elections, an opinion poll has emerged, predicting who might form the government in Bihar.

Times Now’s JVC opinion poll predicts the NDA will form the government in Bihar. The NDA is projected to win 120-140 seats, while the Grand Alliance may have to settle for 93-112 seats. According to the poll, the BJP is projected to win 70-81 seats, the JDU 42-48, the LJP (Ram Vilas) five to seven, the HAM two, and the RLM two.

Furthermore, in the Grand Alliance, the RJD is projected to win 69-78 seats. The Congress is projected to win 9-17 seats, the CPI (ML) 12-14, the CPI one, and the CPI (M) one to two seats. Prashant Kishore’s Jan Suraj Party is projected to win only one seat, according to the survey. Furthermore, the AIMIM, the BSP, and others are projected to win eight to ten seats.

In terms of vote percentage, the NDA is projected to receive two percent more votes than the Grand Alliance. According to the survey, the NDA is expected to receive 41-43 percent of the vote, while the Grand Alliance is expected to receive 39-41 percent. Jansuraj may receive six to seven percent of the vote, while others may receive 10-11 percent.

It should be noted that there are a total of 243 seats in the Bihar Assembly, while the majority figure is 122. Five years ago, the NDA secured a majority in the assembly elections, with the RJD emerging as the largest party. The RJD won 75 seats, while the BJP won 74, the JDU 43, the Congress 19, the LJP 1, and others 31.
