BPL Ration Card: District Deputy Commissioner Aparajita stated that the Haryana Women Development Corporation, Panchkula, has launched a special initiative to empower and empower women. The corporation will provide 21-day driver training and self-defense training at the Ashok Leyland Driving Training Institute in Kaithal. Interested eligible candidates from the district can submit their applications by February 28, 2026.
To apply, email the application form along with attested copies of documents by February 28. You can also complete the application form and submit it by registered post or in person at the district office. The application must include a mobile number, email address, and attested copies of certificates issued by the competent authority.
He explained that this training is specifically for girls and women of Haryana who are permanent residents of the state and fall below the poverty line. This training will be provided completely free of charge. Each trainee will also receive a stipend of ₹1,000.
Applicants must be between 18 and 45 years of age. The minimum educational qualification required is a 12th-grade pass, although women with higher education will be given preference. Applicants must have good vision (no color blindness) and a valid learner’s license. Only women whose family’s annual income is ₹180,000 or less as per the family identity card can apply.
