Breaking: 12th Board Exam Date Fixed, Exam To Be Done From July 1

The Gujarat government has taken a big decision when Corona cases fall. Gujarat will traditionally have 12th board examination from July 1. Gujarat Education Minister Bhupendra Chudasama has given this information. Let me tell you that the board examination was postponed for a few days when Corona cases increased in the past.

Earlier there was a demand for canceling the examinations on social media, but we advise students to keep preparing, as the government is not considering canceling the twelfth board examination in any way.

According to the information, CBSE 12th examination can be conducted for only 19 major subjects out of 174 and it is likely that it will be scheduled in two phases – 15 to 30 July and 1-14 August. CBSE had suggested that either conduct the examination of only a few subjects or that the examination be held for 1.5 hours instead of three hours. CBSE Student takes a minimum of five and a maximum of six subjects, four of which are usually major subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, History, Political Science, Business Studies, Accounting, Geography, Economics and English. Huh.

Changes in the pattern of the exam

If Plan B is accepted, the exam pattern will also be changed. For the 1.5-hour exam, students can only have MCQ based and very short type questions to complete the exam in the given time.

According to the report received by sources to the news agency PTI, the exam will be of 90 minutes duration instead of three hours and will be conducted in the same schools where students are enrolled. The questions will be objective type and very short answer type. Students have to appear in one language and three elective subjects.

Examination may be done after the situation of Corona in Tamil Nadu decreases

The Government of Tamil Nadu has also proposed to conduct the examination after the COVID-19 situation in the state is reduced. School Education Minister Ambil Mahesh Poyyamozhi said, “Like other states, Tamil Nadu also wants to conduct Class 12 board exams as it plays an important role in deciding the career of the students.”

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said that his government was not in favor of the choices given by the CBSE to conduct the exam and that proceeding the process without vaccinating the students would prove to be a big mistake.

Education Minister of Punjab said this

Punjab Education Minister Vijay Inder Singla said that the safety of students and teachers in difficult times should be the priority of the government and every possible step should be taken in this regard. The minister suggested conducting only three optional subjects exams.


Parents Association demands

During the corona, the Central Board of Secondary Education will decide to conduct the 12th board examination. Other members of the society, including the Parents’ Association, are also continuously demanding the cancellation of Class 12 exams.

According to the suggestions received by the Ministry of Education, the examination can be conducted only by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the main subjects of the 12th board. There is a total of 174 subjects for students in class 12th. Of these, only 20 subjects are considered as the main subject by CBSE. Which includes biology, history, political science, physics, chemistry, mathematics, business studies, geography, economics, English, Hindi etc. However, according to the CBSE board, students can take the exam for a minimum of five and maximum six subjects. Of these, four are the most prominent subjects.


When were the exams canceled

On April 14, the 12th board examinations of the Central Board of Secondary Education were postponed. At the same time, the 10th board examination had to be canceled. This decision was taken by calling a high level meeting under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Let us tell you that all the exams were to be held from May 4 to June 14.
