The company has increased the validity of two long-term prepaid plans of Rs 1,999 and Rs 2,399. BSNL has also launched a new data voucher of Rs 398 per month, which provides unlimited data and benefits of national and local voice calls.
The government-run telecom company has also made major changes in its plans, in which the FUP (Fair Use Policy) limit on voice calls has been removed. Every BSNL plan used to have FUP limit of 250 minutes daily calling, but the company has now removed this rule. The company is now providing full talk time on all its recharges, which include plans ranging from more than 120 to the highest of Rs 6,000.
Increased validity of these plans
BSNL is giving 21 days extra validity on its annual prepaid plan of Rs 1,999 as a replicas day offer. The plan will no longer be valid for one year, but will get 386 days validity. The offer of this additional validity can be availed till 31 January 2021. In this plan, you get the benefit of unlimited voice calling on any network within India, 100 SMS per day and 3GB data per day. Subscribers get access to unlimited songs with free PRBT (BSNL tunes). The plan also offers a subscription of Eros Now for 365 days, with the benefit of Lokdhan’s content for the first 60 days.
BSNL has also changed its plan of Rs 2,399 and it is getting increased validity of 72 days. Other benefits include unlimited voice calling without any FUP limit, 100 SMS and free BSNL PRBT for 365 days and Eros Now subscription for the entire duration. The validity of the plan has been reduced from 600 days to 365 days, but with this limited period offer, users get 437 days validity. Offers can be availed till 31 March 2021.
Benefits of new plan
The company has introduced a new STV plan of Rs 398. Unlimited data benefit is also available in the plan. The company has not informed about any daily FUP limit or speed reduction after the amount of data used. Therefore it can be assumed that data benefits are unlimited. Other benefits include unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS daily.
