The cheapest prepaid recharge plan of government telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is giving a tough competition to private companies. In BSNL’s Rs 47 recharge plan, customers are getting round-the-clock free calling facility. It is believed that this small recharge coupon of BSNL will increase competition for Airtel, Jio and Vi.
According to a report by Zee News, private telecom companies like Jio, Airtel, Vodafone are also offering many plans for their users for less than Rs 100. However, BSNL’s Rs 47 recharge plan seems to be overshadowing everything. In this small recharge coupon, users are getting the facility of free calling round the clock in any network. Apart from this, users are getting 1GB of data and 100 SMS daily. The validity of this cheap recharge plan is 28 days.
Private telecom companies also have many recharge plans for less than Rs 100. For example, Airtel is offering two plans to its customers for less than 100 rupees. The first is 79 rupees and the second is 49 rupees. In both these plans, users can get only 200MB of data.
Jio also offers its customers plans of Rs 51 and Rs 21. However, these are both top-up plans. That is, customers do not get any validity in these plans.
Vi (Vodafone- Idea) also offers two plans for Rs 48 and Rs 98. But there are limited advantages in this too.
