CBSE New Rule Board Exams: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made a big change in its examination system. CBSE has decided that from 2026, the board examination for class 10th will be conducted twice a year. If a student falls ill or misses his exam due to any reason, then he can take the exam again. Let us tell you that CBSE has approved the draft regulation to conduct the 10th board exam twice a year from 2026. At the same time, all the stakeholders can give their feedback on this draft till March 9.
10th class board exam will be held twice
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will give the form of policy after the opinion of all the stakeholders on the draft to conduct the 10th board exam twice a year from 2026. According to the draft, the first examination will be held from February 17 to March 6. While the second examination will be conducted from May 5 to May 20. Let us tell you that the Ministry of Education of the Government of India had discussed this proposal with CBSE Board officials and others on February 19. After this, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan considered this plan in consultation with CBSE, NCERT, KVS, NVS and school officials and this decision was taken.
