Corona’s cheapest medicine launched in India, know price


Another cheap drug of Corona in India was launched on Friday. This medicine is made by the pharmaceutical company Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals. The name of this drug is Favivent, which is sold in the market under the name of Favipiravir.

The pharmaceutical company Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals said on Friday that its price is Rs 39 per tablet. This drug will be given to patients with mild to moderate symptoms of corona.

Favivent will come in 200 mg tablet, which will have 10 tablets in one packet. The company said in a statement that the drug will be manufactured in a pharmaceutical plant in Telangana.

On Thursday, pharma company Brinton Pharmaceuticals said that the price of favipirvir drug under the brand name Faviton has been fixed at Rs 59 per tablet.

Let us tell you that pharma major Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has already launched this drug in the market at Rs 75 per tablet named FabiFlu.
