Darbhanga Blast Case: Haji Salim and Kafeel arrested from UP being brought to Patna, will be presented in NIA court

Darbhanga Blast News: On June 30, NIA arrested Imran Malik and Nasir from Hyderabad. It is alleged that Salim had recruited Nasir Malik for the blast.


Patna. Two accused conspirators, Haji Salim alias Tuia Qasim and Kafeel, arrested from Kairana in UP in the Darbhanga parcel blast case, are being brought to Patna. Both of them were arrested from Kairana in UP on Friday. On Saturday, both of them will be presented in the court of NIA in Patna. During the production, the demand for remand of these two conspirators will be made by the NIA. The NIA’s application can also be granted on behalf of the court. As soon as the remand is received, the NIA will strictly interrogate these two. It is expected that in interrogation of these two, NIA can get many important information related to the blast.

Please tell that Haji Salim is a resident of Mohalla Bistayan of Kairana town, while Kafeel is a resident of Alkhurd locality. The NIA team will reach Patna airport at 10.30 am by flight from Lucknow with these two accused. After this, the ATS will present in the court amidst the tight security of the Swat squad of Bihar. Let us tell you that Salim had recruited Nasir Malik for the blast. On June 30, NIA arrested Imran Malik and Nasir from Hyderabad. After this came from Hyderabad to Patna and then both were presented in the NIA court.


Blast took place at Darbhanga railway station on

17th June It is noteworthy that on 17th June, a bundle of cloth exploded at Darbhanga station in Bihar. Initially, the investigation of this incident was being done by the ATS of UP, Bihar and Telangana. The use of chemical bombs in the blast was revealed, later its investigation was handed over to the NIA, Nasir and Imran were on the radar of the NIA from the beginning. On Wednesday, both these brothers were arrested by the investigating agency from Hyderabad.

The porters kept the parcel as soon as it exploded

Significantly, on June 17, there was an explosion in a bundle of clothes at platform number 1 of Darbhanga railway station. This parcel Secunderabad. The porters took it off the train which came on platform number 4 and brought it to platform number 1, as soon as it exploded. Home Ministry handed over investigation of Darbhanga blast to NIA

Later the investigation of this incident was started by GRP Bihar ATS, Telangana ATS and UP ATS. On the evening of 24, the MHA handed over the responsibility of investigating the matter to the NIA. The NIA had also registered an FIR in Lucknow regarding this and after that it reached Darbhanga on June 25 for investigation. After investigation, Mo Imran and Nasir, who were involved in this blast from Hyderabad, were arrested and presented in Patna NIA court. After which the NIA court gave its decision to send Imran and Nasir to judicial custody for 14 days.


NIA team will seek 10-day remand

As soon as the court’s decision came, the NIA’s lawyer immediately demanded the remand custody of both of them for ten days from the NIA court. Considering this, the court remanded these two brothers to NIA for 7 days and now today Salim alias Tuia Qasim and Kafeel will also be taken by the NIA’s Lucknow unit officials with Indigo flight at 10.30 pm to reach Patna and feed. After getting the antigen test of Kovid 19 done in the ATS office, the NIA will present it in the court. After this, as soon as the decision of the court comes, we will demand remand for 10 days.
