STEP 3: Then click on the Login option and select the General Public option.
STEP 4: Then, to obtain a death certificate, click on the Death option.
STEP 5: Fill in the information related to the deceased person here.
STEP 6: Attach documents and a passport-size photo.
STEP 7: After entering all the information, submit the form. There is no fee for a death certificate.
