Delhi Weather News: People in North India, including Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, will face intense heat during the first week of March. Temperatures will reach 34-35 degrees Celsius. Holi will also be a dry and intense heat wave. Maximum temperatures will be 4 to 6 degrees above normal in many parts of northwest India this week, and 3-5 degrees above normal in central India. A weak western disturbance is expected in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh between March 4 and 8. Light rain and snowfall is expected in Himachal Pradesh on March 7-8 and in Uttarakhand on March 8.

The maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be between 30 and 32 degrees Celsius on March 3, while the temperature will reach 32 to 34 degrees Celsius on Holi, March 4. On March 5, the temperature will reach 35 degrees Celsius, and intense heat will be felt in Delhi-NCR. Maximum temperatures will also be between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius on March 7-8. The minimum temperature during Holi will be between 17 to 19 degrees.

The Meteorological Department predicts that the skies will remain extremely clear over Delhi-NCR for the next few days. Winds will blow at speeds of 25 to 35 kilometers per hour. However, the weather in the hilly areas is expected to change again. Rain and snowfall are expected in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on March 7-8 due to a Western Disturbance.

Weather from Goa to Gujarat

Hot and humid weather is expected in Konkan and Goa on March 4-5, and in Gujarat on March 4-6. Temperatures in many parts of Western India will remain 4 to 6 degrees above normal for most of the seven days. In Central India, areas like Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are also expected to experience intense heat for the next five days. Vidarbha is expected to see an increase of approximately 2-3 degrees over the next three days. Maharashtra will see an increase of 2 to 4 degrees over the next four days.
