Driving License: Big News! You can drive these vehicles without driving license, challan will not be issued

Driving License: According to the rules of MORTH i.e. Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, electric vehicles whose top speed is 25 km per hour. They do not require any kind of driving license or registration to drive on the road.

In fact, ever since electric vehicles have come in the market, some of them do not require a driving license to drive an EV, but there are some rules for it and your EV should come under these rules. Only then you will not need a driving license to drive your electric vehicle. The most interesting thing is that there is no number on these EVs.

How much challan is deducted for driving without DL?

If you are driving on the road without a driving license, then in this condition if the traffic police or normal police catches you during checking. So a challan of Rs 5,000 can be deducted from you. If you argue during this time, you may also be accused of obstructing government work. In such a situation, if you do not want to get stuck in this situation, then you should drive a vehicle with DL or you should choose a vehicle which does not require a driving license.

In India, two-wheelers with engine capacity less than 50cc and top speed not exceeding 50 kmph do not require a driving license. This means that small mopeds and scooters like TVS XL 100, Hero Electric Dash, Okina Electric and Hero Pleasure Plus can be driven without a driving license.
