How to make Sattu Drink
Sattu Powder

Method:
– Take a vessel and add water to it. Add sattu powder, sugar and lemon juice to it.
– Mix it well.
– Take a tall glass and pour into it.
– Now add ice to it so that it cools down.
– Garnish it with a pinch of roasted cumin powder. This will add flavor to the sattu drink.

– It is also considered beneficial for problems like flatulence, constipation and acidity and indigestion.
It is full of protein and calcium. It is made up of carbohydrates, while it contains the rest of the protein.
Satu is also rich in iron, which helps in blood circulation and can reduce inflammation.

How to make sattu at home,
if you are not getting sattu in the market or you want to make sattu at home for any reason, then you can make sattu by this method. You have to roast the gram in a pan or buy roasted gram, which is easily available. If you are roasting it at home, then let it cool down. Then powder in a grinder, and the sattu is ready. You may or may not remove shells or husk of roasted gram. You get sattu with different types of grains – wheat, gram, barley and sorbet or jowar.
