Employees Transfer Policy, Employees Transfer: There is good news for the employees. They will get the benefit of transfer. Transfer policy has been fixed for this. It will be beneficial for the employees of the departments. The same rules and policies have also been fixed.
The policy has been decided by the Rajasthan Government for transfer in Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department. Under this, transfers can be done for the employees of section 1 and 4 while teachers come in section 3. In such a situation, teachers of third grade may also have to wait for transfer.
Under the same transfer policy, the needy employees can be sent to their home district while the teachers working in the district of scheduled area will be transferred to that district only. Transfers will not be possible in districts outside the scheduled area.
Rules and regulations
- Employees can be transferred in a district if there is a vacant post.
- The transfer of the employees of the scheduled area can be done in the inter-district scheduled area only.
- For the prescribed category of vacancies in the district, transfers can be done only on the basis of the information taken from the concerned Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad.
- It is mandatory to give undertaking letter if any additional demand is made by any employee in the order of seniority for inter-district transfer.
- Employees will have the facility of online application for transfer and posting through SSO ID.
- Employees will be able to apply for inter-district transfer only after completion of minimum 5 years service period at the present place of posting.
- Under the same policy, due to the transfer of employees on educational grounds, the employees will not be provided with traveling allowance, joining time and any other benefit received on transfer.
They will get the benefit of transfer in home district
- Persons with disabilities who are generally more than 70% disabled in doing their work on their own will get the benefit of transfer in the home district.
- Widow and abandoned women will get the benefit of transfer in home district
Similarly, women whose husbands are working on government posts in other districts will get the benefit of transfer to their home district. - Employees suffering from incurable disease certified by the Medical Board competent level, in case their husband and wife are unmarried, they will get the benefit of transfer to the home district if their parents have incurable disease.
- Many such cases, which are considered desirable by the State Government for administrative reasons, will get the benefit of transfer to the home district.
