Noida International Airport: A major airport has been completed in Noida, part of the Delhi-NCR region. It is scheduled to be inaugurated on October 30. Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Rammohan Naidu, has stated that the airport will be inaugurated on October 30 and that flights on 10 routes will commence within the next 45 days. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also confirmed that commercial flights will begin operating from the airport.

Preparations for flight operations at this airport are in the final stages, and discussions with foreign airlines have intensified. Awaiting Aerodrome License from DGCA
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is yet to issue the aerodrome license. Once regulatory approval is received, flight operations will commence in coordination with airlines and other stakeholders.
This airport is being developed in four phases; the first phase, which includes a runway and a passenger terminal, has been completed. It has an annual capacity to handle 12 million passengers. Located approximately 75 kilometers from Delhi, this airport will emerge as a major air connectivity and logistics hub for the Delhi-NCR region, Haryana, Rajasthan, and western Uttar Pradesh.
