Gold and Silver Price Today: Gold and silver prices are seeing a sharp rise in the domestic futures market on Monday, February 23rd. Gold futures with an expiry date of April 2, 2026, opened at ₹1,58,458 per 10 grams on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). On the last trading day, gold closed at ₹1,56,876 on MCX.

Silver Price
Silver with March 5, 2026 expiry, was trading at Rs 2,66,629 per kg on MCX, up 5.41% or Rs 13,685. Silver had opened the trading day at Rs 2,63,061. The day’s high was Rs 2,68,875.
Silver prices have risen in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai. In Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai, 10 grams of silver is being sold for Rs 3,000 today. Customers will have to spend Rs 30,000 to buy 100 grams of silver. In Chennai, the price of 10 grams of silver is Rs 3,000.
