Transport and School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh said that the state government aims to provide hassle-free services to citizens as part of good governance. With this goal in mind, 51 types of online and faceless services have been launched in the Transport Department.

With this goal in mind, the Transport Department has launched 51 online and faceless services. These services were inaugurated at the Regional Transport Office, Kokta.
The Minister stated that the Transport Department’s functioning is being modeled after that of a passport office. Citizens will now be provided with driving licenses and other services at their homes without having to visit the office. The number of computer operators in the department is being increased. If a citizen must visit the office for any reason, the Transport Officer will regularly review the service on the dashboard.
Monitoring will be done using AI technology.
Transport Secretary Manish Singh stated that the expansion of services will further enhance the department’s image. Transport Commissioner Vivek Sharma stated that Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology will also be used to improve services.
The department already operates the Sarathi and Vahan portals. Kamleshwar Joshi of the NIC also praised the Madhya Pradesh Transport Department. A film on improving citizen services was screened on the occasion, and RTO Jitendra Sharma expressed his gratitude.
Honored under the Pahveer Scheme
Ankit Asati of Balaghat was honored under the Pahveer Scheme at the event. Asati promptly transported an injured person to the hospital after a road accident. He was awarded 25,000 rupees. The Transport Minister also distributed helmets to two-wheeler riders for road safety.

- Services related to vehicle registration, permits, and driving licenses will be available through online applications.
- Issuance of learning licenses, renewal of driving licenses, or obtaining duplicates.
- Vehicle ownership transfers can be completed online.
- An objection to any deficiencies in the application will be notified to the applicant on their mobile phone, and corrections can be made online.
- Online motor vehicle tax payments will be available.
- Vehicles from other states will be able to pay taxes through the e-checkpoint model.
- MP Online and CSC centers have been designated as “Facilitation Centers.” More than 100,000 centers across the state will assist citizens.
