The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) on Wednesday advised users to be vigilant with a fraud message that claimed that the government would provide three months free recharge to 10 crore people. COAI has called such messages fake, which has been seen on social media platforms for the past several days. COAI, calling it a scam, has advised the common people not to click on any such message.
