Government orders for central employees, now office will have to go to working days, only they will get exemption…

According to an order of the Personnel Ministry, all the employees of the Central Government have been asked to appear in the office on working days. The decision comes amid a drastic reduction in the number of under-trials of Kovid-19 in the country, including in the national capital. New Delhi. According to an order of the Personnel Ministry, all the employees of the Central Government have been asked to appear in the office on working days. This decision has come amid a considerable reduction in the number of cases under treatment of Kovid-19 in the country including the national capital. However, the statement said that all officers and employees residing in Prohibited areas will be exempted from coming to office unless their area falls out of the prohibited category. Till now, only officers of the level of Additional Secretary and above were coming to office in March amid restrictions imposed due to Corona virus.




Biometric attendance will be suspended until further orders
In May last, the Center asked 50 percent of its employees below the level of Deputy Secretary to work from their offices, while it applied different office hours as part of its effort to stop the spread of corona virus. An order issued late Saturday for all central government departments said, “Government employees of all levels have to be present in the office on all working days and there will be no exemption for any category of employees.” Is that the biometric presence will be suspended until further orders.

Employees of prohibited areas will do WFH.
It states that officers and employees who live in prohibited areas will work from home and will be available through telephone and electronic means of communication at all times. The order states that as long as possible, meetings will continue through video-conferencing and personal meetings with visitors can be avoided until absolutely necessary in the public interest.
