Gyanvapi Mosque News: Owaisi rages on court order regarding Gyanvapi mosque, said – history will be repeated

Asaduddin Owaisi on Gyanvapi Mosque: Owaisi said that the All India Muslim Personal Law Board and the Mosque Committee should immediately appeal this order and get it rectified.

New Delhi A fast track court in Varanasi has ordered an archaeological survey of the disputed premises in the case related to Kashi Vishwanath temple and Gyanvapi mosque. Uttar Pradesh will challenge this decision of the Sunni Central Waqf Board Court in the High Court. Now AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has also doubted the validity of the court’s decision. Owaisi feared that history would be repeated once again.

Asaduddin Owaisi tweeted, saying the validity of this order is doubtful. In the Babri judgment, the Supreme Court held that the finding of a title in law cannot be based on archaeological findings by the ASI. Owaisi also accused the ASI of acting as a midwife for all forms of lies of Hindutva. Nobody expects fairness from it.

Owaisi said that the All India Muslim Personal Law Board and the Mosque Committee should immediately appeal this order and get it rectified. Owaisi said that ASI would only commit the sin of cheating and history would be repeated as was done in the Babri case. He said that no person has any right to change the nature of the mosque.

It is worth mentioning that the senior division fast track civil court of Varanasi has ordered an archaeological survey of the disputed premises in the case related to Kashi Vishwanath temple and Gyanvapi mosque on Thursday. The court has issued an order in this case to the Uttar Pradesh government to conduct the survey at its own expense.

The petitioner for the case, Vijay Shankar Rastogi, said that the survey has ordered the inclusion of five eminent archaeologists of the Archaeological Survey of India, including two members of the minority community. He said that in the civil court in the year 2019, he had applied on behalf of the self-proclaimed Lord Vishweshwar Kashi Vishwanath as a friend. He claimed that the Gyanvapi mosque is a part of the Vishveshwara temple.
