Meanwhile, cold winds may create cold conditions in Haryana’s Hisar, Gurugram, Kurukshetra, Sonipat, and Panipat. Cold wave conditions will also prevail in Hoshiarpur, Gurdaspur, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Ludhiana, Patiala and Amritsar of Punjab.
