The weather is expected to deteriorate in several states between February 13th and 19th.
Delhi Weather
The skies in the capital, Delhi, will be cloudy today (February 12th). Due to the clouds, a slight chill may be felt in the morning and evening. The Meteorological Department has predicted winds of 10-15 kilometers per hour in the morning. Following this, thunderstorms and rain are expected from February 15th.
Where will fog prevail in Uttar Pradesh today?
The cold may have eased in Uttar Pradesh, but the effects of dense fog persist. A warning of moderate to dense fog has been issued for 27 districts of Uttar Pradesh on February 12th. Rail and road traffic is being affected due to the fog, and many trains are running late. According to the IMD, fog will be felt in several districts, including Meerut, Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Agra, Amethi, Barabanki, Mainpuri, Bahraich, Bulandshahr, Chandauli, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Shamli, and Sitapur.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Uttar Pradesh will be dry and clear today. There is no chance of rain. However, light to moderate fog may persist in the morning, especially in western Uttar Pradesh. As the day progresses, the sun will emerge and the weather will clear up. The maximum temperature in Lucknow is expected to be 27 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature 12 degrees Celsius. A slight heat wave may be felt in the afternoon.
The capital Lucknow is expected to experience good sunshine throughout the day. The minimum temperature may reach 14 degrees Celsius and the maximum 27 degrees Celsius. Although the weather will be pleasant, the AQI may reach around 176. Elderly people are advised to wear masks while outdoors.
Bihar Weather
According to the Meteorological Department, clear weather is expected in Bihar today. Besides the capital Patna, minimum temperatures are now rising in Gaya, Jehanabad, East Champaran, West Champaran, Saran, Bhojpur, Buxar, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Saharsa, Purnia, and Khagaria.
