Rain Alert: Once again a low pressure area is going to form. Due to this, a warning of heavy rain has been issued for three days in two states.
Rain Alert, Weather Update 13 October: Monsoon has left most of the states these days, while heavy rain is still going on in some states. The Meteorological Department has said that the low pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea is going to turn into a depression in the next 12 hours. Apart from this, another new low pressure area will form in the Bay of Bengal around October 14, which will bring a big change in the weather. Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh will receive torrential rain for three days i.e. October 15-17.
Talking about the weather of the last 24 hours, heavy rains have been recorded in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Odisha. On monsoon, the Meteorological Department said that the monsoon has completely withdrawn from states like Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Assam, Meghalaya. Now in the next two days, it will also withdraw from the Bay of Bengal, parts of Maharashtra, Odisha and the remaining parts of Gujarat.
Talking about the weather of South India, rain will continue for a week in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, Karnataka, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Rayalaseema, Telangana. Out of this, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Rayalaseema will receive very heavy rainfall on October 16, while Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal will receive rain on October 13-17 and then again on October 17 and 18.
Talking about western and central India, Gujarat is going to receive moderate rain for the next two days. Apart from this, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh will also receive rain. Talking about northwest India, Rajasthan will receive moderate rain on October 13 and 14, while there is an alert of heavy rain in eastern Rajasthan on October 13.
