She does this not to lose weight, but to stay fit. Yoga is very good for maintaining internal strength. About 17 years ago, Shilpa Shetty started doing yoga, when she got injured. Then the physiotherapist advised her to do yoga. The actress started doing yoga to strengthen the neck bone.

After this, Shilpa Shetty takes smoothie, which eats any fruit of her choice with almond milk, banana, honey and oats. Also takes two eggs, with avocado.

Flour, bread and butter are also included in the diet. Then take tea with coconut sugar. Shilpa Shetty takes the most heavy lunch, in which she takes brown or white rice. Take chicken or fish together.

Then eat vegetables. A carrot and cucumber are eaten in the salad. However, Shilpa Shetty also takes a spoonful of ghee in the afternoon which is very important for the body. Sometimes she also takes parathas. Along with vegetables, lentils and chicken are taken. In the evening, for snacks, she takes sandwiches, which contain beetroot and avocado. The dinner is very light, which the actress does with husband Raj Kundra and son Viaan.

In dinner, the actress eats chicken with soup or veggies. She keeps the amount of carbs very less. If there is a craving for sweet food, then Shilpa eats peanut chikki after lunch in it.

Shilpa Shetty’s favorite food is Chinese, Indian and Japanese food. On the day Shilpa keeps Cheat Day, she likes to eat Biryani, Jalebi, Rasgulla and Rabri. They like sweets the most.
