Explain that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced in Budget 2020 that a service will be started for making PAN card immediately, through which anyone will be issued e-PAN immediately.
Aadhaar number needed

Complete process to get e-PAN-
- Visit the Income Tax Department website https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home
- Click on the link Instant PAN through Aadhaar here
- Then two options will open – first Get New PAN and second – check status / download PAN
- Now Aadhaar number has to be given, after that it will get OTP on the mobile number registered with Aadhaar
- OTP will verify Aadhaar’s information
- After this, e-PAN will be released immediately and customers will be able to download their e-PAN.
Process to reprint PAN card online
If your old PAN card is damaged or lost, you can ask for another PAN card. You can easily reprint it online. Explain that the Income Tax Department issues PAN cards through UTITSL and NSDL-TIN. Whichever agency your PAN card has been issued by, you can get your PAN reprinted through it.
