The aim is to provide homeland to low-income customers. In this, customers will be given home loans ranging from 2 lakh to 50 lakh rupees.

The company says that we want to fulfill the dream of buying houses of people working in the informal sector. It also includes small businessmen and grocery store owners including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tailors, painters, auto mechanics.

How to get homelone

According to the bank, customers will have to submit PAN card, Aadhaar card and last 6 months bank statement for ‘Apna Ghar Dreams’. Apart from this, for a home loan up to 5 lakh rupees, it is necessary to have a minimum of Rs 1500 in the bank account and at least Rs 3000 in the bank account for more than 5 lakh homelones. Customers can contact their nearest ICICI Home Finance branch to take a home loan.



The company said that apart from this, customers can also take advantage of all the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Which is a credit-linked subsidy scheme (CLSS) for the lower income group or economically weaker sections (EWS / LIG) and middle income groups (MIG – I and II).
