Dense fog enveloped many areas of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Bihar, Punjab, and Rajasthan on Tuesday morning. Visibility was extremely low in many places, making road travel dangerous. Sunshine may provide some relief during the day, but temperatures will remain below normal.
