The capital Delhi is experiencing severe chills in the mornings and evenings. Dense fog is expected in Delhi, Haryana, and Chandigarh between November 28th and 30th. The fog may also impact rail and road traffic. Minimum temperatures have also dropped in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, disrupting the daily routine of ordinary people.

Cyclone Senyar weakens, but another system strengthens
According to the IMD, the current cyclonic storm Senyar has weakened near Malacca. However, another weather system formed in the Bay of Bengal is rapidly strengthening and could move towards Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala in the next 48 hours.
