IMD has issued a yellow alert of thunder and lightning at some places in Burhanpur and Chhindwara districts, apart from this, fog at some places in Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, Singrauli, Shahdol, Umaria, Katni, Jabalpur, Panna, Damoh and Chhatarpur districts. Maybe the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in these districts also.

IMD Rainfall Alert: The weather of Madhya Pradesh has remained the same for the last few days, for the last three-four days, yellow alert of fog and thunderstorm has been maintained in different districts, due to the trough line, there is still moisture in Central-South Madhya Pradesh. Due to which the weather remains cool.

New western disturbance will be active from 17th February

While releasing the forecast, IMD said that at present a trough line is extending from North Karnataka to Southern Vidarbha and Central Chhattisgarh at a height of 0.9 km above sea level, due to this trough line, moisture is still coming in Central-South Madhya Pradesh. There is a possibility of a new Western Disturbance becoming active from February 17 to affect the Western Himalayan region.

Yellow alert of rain, thunderstorm and fog in these districts

The Meteorological Department has said that there may be rain or thundershowers at isolated places in Betul, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Khargone and Chhindwara districts. IMD has issued a yellow alert of thunder and lightning at some places in Burhanpur and Chhindwara districts, apart from this, fog at some places in Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, Singrauli, Shahdol, Umaria, Katni, Jabalpur, Panna, Damoh and Chhatarpur districts. Maybe the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in these districts also.

Giving information about the weather of the last 24 hours, IMD said that during this period, rain was recorded at some places in the districts of Narmadapuram and Jabalpur divisions, the weather remained dry in the districts of all the remaining divisions, there was moderate to dense fog in Panna Satna, Rewa. Light to moderate fog was observed in Gwalior, Shivpuri, Sheopur, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Katni, Mauganj, Sidhi, Singrauli, Shahdol, Umaria and Jabalpur.
