Light rain is expected in North Madhya Pradesh on March 13 and 14. Whereas, Konkan, Goa and coastal Karnataka will face humidity on March 10 and 11. The agency has predicted heatwave conditions in parts of Gujarat, Konkan and Goa between March 10 and 12.
IMD Alert: Different weather is being seen in parts of India. On one hand, the hilly states are ready to face snowfall. On the other hand, there are chances of rain in many parts of North West including Delhi. On the other hand, people in coastal states are facing severe heat. The weather is expected to remain the same on Tuesday as well.
Weather information agency Skymet has said on Monday that there may be light to moderate rain and snowfall in the western Himalayan region in the next 24 hours. There are also chances of rain in North Punjab, Sikkim, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Apart from this, there may be rain in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Tamil Nadu.
Heavy rains are expected in the South Indian state on March 11 and 12. The agency has informed that Kerala and Lakshadweep may receive light to moderate rains on March 11 and 12 with heavy rains at some places. Punjab and Haryana are likely to receive light to moderate rains from March 12 to 14. Similar weather may prevail in West Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and North Rajasthan between March 12 and 15.
