IND vs NZ T20 Series: The five-match T20 series between India and New Zealand begins today. Team India will feature several different players in the T20 series compared to the ODI series. You may be surprised to know that seven star players who played in the ODI series are not part of the T20 series. This includes several players who have now retired from T20 Internationals.

Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Ravindra Jadeja, and Mohammed Siraj are not part of Team India in the T20 series. In their place, Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan, Hardik Pandya, and Suryakumar Yadav will be seen in the T20 team. Shubman Gill was the captain of the Indian team in the ODI series, but Suryakumar Yadav will lead Team India in the T20 team.

The first T20I between India and New Zealand will be played today, Wednesday, January 21st, in Nagpur. The two teams will clash at the Vidarbha Cricket Stadium.
