iPhone Fold leak reveals price, battery, display, everything you need to know

Apple is reportedly working on a foldable iPhone, the iPhone Fold. Several recent reports and leaks have revealed details about Apple’s potential foldable phone. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman previously reported that the iPhone Fold will feature a 7.8-inch internal display and a 5.5-inch external display. The device’s thickness when folded could be between 9-9.5 mm. The iPhone could also feature four cameras. Let’s take a closer look at the upcoming iPhone.

iPhone Fold Price (Expected)

According to a MacRumors report, the iPhone Fold could be priced between $2,000 and $2,500. In India, it could be priced between ₹170,000 and ₹210,000. If true, this could be the highest price in iPhone history.

iPhone Fold Specifications (Expected)

According to a JPMorgan research report, recent leaks suggest that the foldable iPhone could have a 24-megapixel under-display camera integrated into its internal display. This would be an industry first for a foldable device’s internal screen. The camera would be invisible when not in use, providing a clear view of the display.

Recent reports suggest that Apple has addressed a common issue with foldable displays, namely creases. The phone’s internal display design is expected to be completely smooth and free of lines, addressing a major concern for foldable phone users.

Regarding the battery, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that the phone could feature a battery between 5,400mAh and 5,800mAh. However, some Chinese tipsters have suggested the capacity could exceed 5,000mAh. Several claims suggest that this phone, with a 7.8-inch display, will feature the largest battery ever on an iPhone. Rumors also suggest that this battery will use new, high-density cells. This would surpass the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 in battery capacity, making it the most capacious battery in any iPhone model.
