According to NDTV , now Harbhajan has decided not to play IPL this year, citing personal reasons as the reason.

Harbhajan Singh is the star bowler of the team
The absence of both Raina and Harbhajan in CSK will increase the team’s problems. Suresh Raina is the regular number three batsman of the team and is called Mr. IPL. At the same time, Harbhajan Singh is one of the star players of the team. Last season, Bhajji took 16 wickets and was involved in the Purple Cap race. Bhajji is at number three in terms of highest wicket in IPL history. This time the IPL will be played in an empty stadium at three different places in the UAE. In the T20 league to be held from September 19 to November 10, many precautions are being taken to prevent infection.

For this, all teams have reached UAE and have started training at different places under tight security. However, Chennai Super Kings are still awaiting approval. 13 members of the team were found to be Corona positive after which the entire team was quarantined.
